Join Texas Instruments as a Technical Sales Engineering / Technical Account Management Trainee and participate in the FAST development program to prepare for a customer-oriented career. The 8-month training program includes 3 rotations: local sales office, Mass-Market area, and Business Unit/ System Engineering.
Requirements
- Building good and long-term customer relationships and managing all commercial aspects
- Understanding the commercial characteristics of TI and building knowledge of when and how these can be converted into customer benefits to gain more business
- Building a close partnership with the Field Applications Engineer (FAE) to win new orders as a team
- Using technical knowledge to advance customer management and support the FAE in finding the right solution for the customer
- Using market knowledge and data insights to discover new business opportunities and independently develop creative ways to explore new possibilities
- General system understanding to recognize which components fit into a system and effectively work together with your FAE to win both single- and multi-sourced devices
- Development, forecasting, and monitoring of a strategic long-term plan for revenue growth
