Job Description
This training coordinator role supports customers and Texas Injection Molding manufacturing, focusing on operator training, mentoring, and ensuring manufacturing control plan (MCP) adherence. The position involves providing safety training (CPR, AED, etc.), assisting with employee performance, and maintaining a clean work environment. It also involves supporting production goals and improving data communication through the Master Control Plan.
Requirements
- High School Education or GED
- Positive; caring attitude
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Spanish and English fluency
- Ability to read customer drawings
- Ability to mentor and train others
- Good computer skills (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
- Team player with strong organizational skills
