Training Coordinator - 2nd Shift

The Training Coordinator role is for an inspiring and influential individual who can teach others and help them achieve success. The role involves conducting training for new and existing team members, observing production operations, and updating curriculum as required. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year experience in Amarr manufacturing and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in Amarr manufacturing
• Minimum of six months using Navigator in Amarr manufacturing applications
• Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrate successful ability to train, teach, and coach others
• Demonstrate ability to be flexible and work in many different areas with high proficiency
• Demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate, facilitate, and supervise multiple tasks simultaneously
