Trial Attorney II

Represents the Texas Commission for Lawyer Discipline in attorney disciplinary proceedings and provides legal support to the State Bar of Texas.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
• 5+ years of litigation experience
• Knowledge of litigation and appellate practice (state and federal)
• Effective legal research and writing skills
• Technological competency (Microsoft Office, Adobe, Zoom, etc.)
