Job Description
Represents the Texas Commission for Lawyer Discipline in attorney disciplinary proceedings and performs various legal functions.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in Texas
- In good standing with the State Bar of Texas
- 5+ years of litigation experience
- Knowledge of litigation and appellate practice (state and federal)
- Effective legal research and writing skills
- Technological competency (Microsoft Word, Adobe, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
