Job Description
TetraScience is seeking a highly motivated Engagement Director to drive account management, renewal numbers, and overall success of implementation delivery. The role focuses on establishing strategic partnerships with Account Executives and Pre-Sales TAMs, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scientific and operational value. This is a key leadership role within a fast-growing, category-creating company.
Requirements
- 7+ years in delivery leadership roles within the Life Sciences software and data market
- 3+ years in management consulting
- 3+ years in startup environments
- Experience leading teams to deploy solutions in the top 250 bio/pharma cohort
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex enterprise deals ($ hundreds of thousands to millions in ARR)
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, team environment
