Job Description
At Tetra Pak, we are looking for a Future Talent - Trainee of Technical Services to join our Future Talent - Service Delivery Track program. As part of this 24-month journey, you will develop your potential and generate significant impact by delivering world-class services and solutions that make a difference.
Requirements
- Technical, technological, or engineering degree in Mechatronics, Instrumentation and Control, Automation, Electronics, Industrial Robotics, Mechanics, Electrical, or related fields
- Graduation or expected graduation between December 2023 and February 2026
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Availability for frequent travel to field activities and customer support
- Strong desire to build a practical career in field engineering
- Passion for learning, problem-solving, and applying theoretical knowledge in real-world situations
- Collaborative mindset, good communication skills, and commitment to excellence
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical components, pneumatics, and hydraulics (desirable)
- Internships or academic projects involving programming of CLPs (Allen Bradley or Siemens), industrial networks, or equipment problem-solving (a plus)
- Awareness of safety standards and a strong commitment to safe and responsible work
