Requirements
- Technical, technological, or engineering education in Mechatronics, Instrumentation and Control, Automation, Electronics, Industrial Robotics, Mechanics, Electricity, or related areas
- Graduation or expected graduation between December 2023 and February 2026
- Intermediate English
- Availability for frequent travel in field activities and customer support
- Strong desire to build a practical career in field engineering
- Passion for learning, problem-solving, and applying theoretical knowledge in real situations
- Collaborative mindset, good communication skills, and commitment to excellence
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical components, pneumatics, and hydraulics (desirable)
- Internships or academic projects involving CLP programming (Allen Bradley or Siemens), industrial networks, or equipment troubleshooting (a plus)
- Awareness of safety standards and strong commitment to safe and responsible work
