Ploegleider (Productie)

We are looking for a Team Leader in production to support the Production Manager and ensure that production runs efficiently and effectively. The role involves coaching and developing employees, monitoring production progress, and enforcing safety regulations. The ideal candidate has MBO work and thinking level, experience in a leadership role within a production environment, and good command of Dutch and English languages.

Requirements

• Ensure a safe and efficient work environment by following and enforcing company and safety regulations.
• Coach, motivate, and develop employees within your team (10 to 15 production employees).
• Monitor, direct, and execute production processes with an eye on optimization and efficiency.
• Evaluate product quality through visual inspection and random measurements.
• Participate in coordinating production planning and achieving production targets.
• Report any special circumstances and perform administrative tasks.
