Requirements

• Completed technical education at MBO+ or HBO level
• Experience as a team leader, foreman, or assistant leader within a production environment
• Strong in planning, organizing, and communicating
• Motivate colleagues and knowledge transfer
• Familiar with quality and safety procedures
• Proficient in digital systems such as MS Office
