Job Description
Temple University's Facilities & Operations is looking for a Stationary Engineer II. The position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of various mechanical and building systems, ensuring occupant comfort and adequate services to the assigned campus buildings.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Valid City of Philadelphia Engineer Grade A License or eligibility to obtain within 120 days
- 3+ years of experience operating and maintaining HVAC and other building services in an industrial or educational campus environment
- Experience performing maintenance and repair of various types of mechanical and electrical equipment
- Experience utilizing a Building Automation System to operate various mechanical and building systems
