Job Description

Requirements
- Valid City of Philadelphia Engineer Grade A License or eligibility to obtain within 120 days of employment
- At least 3 years of experience operating and maintaining HVAC and other building services in an industrial or educational campus environment
- Experience performing maintenance and repair of various types of mechanical and electrical equipment
- Experience utilizing a Building Automation System to operate various mechanical and building systems
