Job Description
Temedica is seeking a Highly Motivated Working Student in their People Operations Team. This role involves supporting HR processes like onboarding, payroll, data management, and contributing to process improvements. The position offers practical experience in People Operations and supports an employee-centric company focused on digital health.
Requirements
- Studying at least 2 semesters of business, human resource management, business administration, social sciences, or a comparable course of study
- Approximately 16-20 hours of work per week
- Hands-on experience in HR, people operations, or recruiting is a plus
- Fluency in German and English
