Job Description
We are looking for a Working Student to join our HR Team in Berlin as a working student for 20 hour a week. The role will involve supporting various HR processes, creating and maintaining personnel files, and collaborating on projects to improve the employee experience.
Requirements
- Enrolled Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Very good German (C1) and English skills, both written and spoken
- Reliable, service-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
