Job Description
TELUS is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the execution of strategic deployment initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing complex programs, cross-functional coordination, and deploying regional go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, strategy, project management, or related field
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience managing complex strategic programs
- At least 5 years in strategic leadership role or management consulting
- Demonstrated experience in multi-site or multi-geography program deployment
- Knowledge of telecommunications sector or technology infrastructure (an asset)
- Expertise in project and program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Proficiency in program and portfolio management tools
- Advanced skills in data analysis and analytical dashboard creation
- Knowledge of go-to-market strategies and multi-channel marketing
