- Lead market selection and local activation
- Organize and manage localized events
- Create and execute localized partnerships in 360 approach
- Develop social mission and omnichannel strategies
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies
- Manage communications and influencer strategies
- Create and execute community activation plans
- Develop local social media strategies
- Execute network delivery go-to-market strategy
- Ensure cross-departmental links (government relations, etc.)
- Lead cross-departmental initiatives to drive acquisition
- Develop end-to-end integrated customer journey for communities
- Manage pre and post-acquisition customer journey
- Optimize customer experience in communities
