Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, commerce, or related field
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sales channel management or strategic marketing
- At least 3 years in leadership role
- Deep knowledge of Quebec/Ontario market and its commercial and cultural specificities
- Experience in partnership management
- Experience with sales analysis platforms and channel performance
- Project management skills and commercial deployment methodologies
- Knowledge of go-to-market strategies and multi-channel marketing
- Financial analysis and profitability modeling capability
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership and ability to influence and motivate external partners
- Strategic and analytical thinking with commercial orientation
- Adaptability and change management in a dynamic environment
