Requirements
- Agency or relevant in-house experience in sourcing and selecting top of the market talent
- Understanding of how to work with different type of recruitments in different industries
- Ability to collaborate with different hiring managers and stakeholders
- Ability to work fully independently: organize your time, set priorities, achieve results
- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely with candidates at all stages of the recruitment process
- Results-driven approach with proven experience sourcing and hiring top talents at scale
- Experience in working with ATS (Workable is a plus)
- Fluent in English and Polish
