This role is to support the business by being the dedicated Project Trainer within Teleperformance, responsible for designing and delivering training programs for employees on various topics, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Matric/ Equivalent
• 12 Months + Tenure within Teleperformance
• Positive attendance track record within the last 6 months
• Positive performance track record within the last 3 months
• Jump accredited for trainers
• Wow accredited
