The Global Training Director will lead the global Learning & Development strategy for BFSI processes, ensuring standardization, scalability, and innovation in training design, delivery, and governance.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, HR, Education, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in a global leadership role.
- Proven experience in BFSI processes within a BPO environment.
- Strong background in curriculum design, instructional methodologies, and digital learning technologies.
- Experience managing large-scale training programs and global teams.
- Expertise in BFSI domain processes, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and digital learning ecosystems.
- Strong analytical skills for measuring training effectiveness and ROI.
