IT Support Engineer

Teledyne GAVIA is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their team in Kopavogur, Iceland. The successful candidate will provide exceptional first-line, on-site IT support to the 50+ strong workforce in Iceland and Nordic, including remote locations in Denmark and Sweden.

Requirements

• Administering Windows desktops
• On-site and remote operational support
• Troubleshooting issues
• Liaising with hardware and software vendors
• Support and maintenance of conference room equipment
• Acting as a point of contact for day-to-day IT support
• Remote IT support for travelling users
• Maintaining outlying comms racks
• Managing and maintaining OU's within Active Directory
• Placing hardware orders
