Job Description
Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide technical support, customer training, and field service support for their products. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or Oceanography, and 1-3 years of experience with complex technical systems.
Requirements
- Gavia Technical support
- Support customer training
- Responsible for final production factory acceptance testing
- Provide support on the operation of the internal product fleet
- Perform the necessary field service support
- Support the sales organization in the areas of customer demonstrations
- Support the depot service department
- In house repairs
- Support the quality department
- Support engineering teams
- Valid driver's license
- Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office products
- Ability to learn and understand complex technical requirements
- Ability to obtain Security Clearance
- Training Surveillance Maritime, BOSIET
