Job Description
Senior Supply Chain Operations Specialist responsible for ensuring wholesale products flow efficiently from vendors to distribution centers to customers with the right inventory, service levels, and cost structure in place. The role involves owning the day-to-day operational performance of Techo-Bloc's wholesale portfolio and driving cross-functional alignment to improve inventory health, service levels, and profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or Finance
- 5+ years of experience in wholesale, distribution, or supply chain (manufacturing, building materials, industrial, or CPG preferred)
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and financial fundamentals
- Proven ability to lead through influence across multiple stakeholders
- Advanced Excel and ERP/MRP experience
- Track record of improving operational performance in a fast-paced environment
