Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment
- Strong proficiency with MRP/ERP systems and advanced Excel
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and a results-oriented approach
- Highly autonomous, detail-oriented, and comfortable influencing without formal authority
- Experience tracking and improving performance indicators (KPIs)
- Natural leadership with the ability to elevate team practices
