Production Planning Manager

Techo-Bloc is looking for a Production Planning Manager to lead a team of planners and oversee production planning across multiple sites. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in production planning or supply chain, including team leadership experience. Bilingual in French and English is a requirement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in production planning or supply chain, including team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of production planning, capacity planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to analyze operational data, manage risks, and implement effective planning strategies
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and KPI-driven performance management, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Bilingual in French and English (English required to serve clients and suppliers based in the U.S. and outside Quebec)
