The HR Analyst will play a role in optimizing HR processes and data-driven decision-making. This individual will act as a subject matter expert and be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data, providing actionable insights, and supporting various HR initiatives and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of Workday administration/configuration experience, with a focus on reporting, analytics, and functional support across Benefits, Payroll, and HCM.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas) and/or Google sheets preferred.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is highly desirable.
- Workday certification(s) (Reporting or HCM) preferred.
