Sr. Clinical Recruiter

The Sr. Clinical Recruiter is responsible for recruiting and hiring Anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and CAA candidates for TeamHealth. The role involves developing leads, coordinating interviews, and managing the recruitment process. The Sr. Clinical Recruiter will also work closely with the leadership team and provide guidance to recruitment staff.

Requirements

• College degree, preferably in marketing, public relations or a business-related field
• Minimum of 4-year's experience in Anesthesia recruitment or related field
• Ability to work as a member of a team
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• High degree of judgment and independent decision-making
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
