Sr. Clinical Recruiter

TeamHealth is a leading physician practice in the U.S. providing exceptional patient care. We're seeking a Sr. Clinical Recruiter to work remotely, focusing on recruiting EM/HM Physician/APP candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing the recruitment process.

Requirements

• College degree, preferably in marketing, public relations or a business-related field
• Two to three years of previous EM/HM provider/physician recruitment experience
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• High degree of judgment and independent decision-making
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
