Systems Engineer

Teal is seeking a Systems Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. They will be responsible for supporting clients, designing and implementing network and critical systems, and providing technical mentorship to others within the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an MSP environment
• High level written communication skills
• Ability to document work and maintain accurate records
• Technical certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Dell, and other top solutions
• Knowledge of MSP tools such as ConnectWise, Office365/M365, Azure/AWS, and Datto
