Core Banking Techno-Functional Engineer

The Core Banking Techno-Functional Engineer will be the Application Owner for Core Banking systems, responsible for system stability, performance, and compliance. This role involves end-to-end integration with other systems, supporting UAT/rollouts, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth operations. They will also contribute to system audits and documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Banking IT
• Expertise in Core Banking Platforms (Temenos, Oracle Flexcube, and Finacle)
• Strong knowledge of core banking modules (Deposits, Lending, Treasury, Payments, GL)
• In-depth understanding of core banking regulations
• Familiarity with Stitch platform or similar middleware
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
