Job Description
Primient is a century old company seeking a highly organized Senior Paralegal to join their Legal Team. The successful candidate will provide contract support and review, manage contract management systems, and handle various administrative tasks. This is a full-time, hybrid position located at their headquarters in Schaumburg, IL.
Requirements
- Generate, review and negotiate form agreements
- Support ethics and compliance function
- Manage contract management system
- Provide training on contract management system
- Assist in legal research
- Support Government Relations function
- Monitor, forward, and/or respond to legal notices and service of process
- Maintain litigation database and track case status and deadlines
