Job Description
Westfield is seeking a highly skilled Senior Paralegal to join their Office of General Counsel, providing advanced legal support across a broad range of corporate legal matters. This role involves regulatory licensing, legal research, contract review, and matter management, with a preference for mentoring junior staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting corporate legal functions
- Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis)
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, legal research and contract law.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
