Job Description
We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead our team and provide exceptional customer experience to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience managing supervisors in a call center environment, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a proven ability to scale operations and drive performance management.
Requirements
- B2 English Level or Higher
- Two plus years of managing supervisors in the call center environment
- One plus year of client management experience
- Nice to have: Bachelor degree in business administration or management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
