TaskUs is a provider of outsourced digital services and next-generation customer experience to fast-growing technology companies. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day business operations, managing client relationships, and ensuring KPIs are met consistently.
Requirements
- B2 English Level or Higher
- Two plus years of managing supervisors in the call center environment
- BPO experience is a plus
- One plus year of client management experience
- Bachelor degree in business administration or management (nice to have)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
