Job Description
TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Leader to create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment, designing and expanding training and development programs. The ideal candidate will ensure that Foundation Skills Training is aligned with Product Specific Training methodologies and initiatives, and will deliver preparatory training that is sufficiently technical to meet enterprise needs.
Requirements
- Design and expand training and development programs
- Ensure that Foundation Skills Training is aligned with Product Specific Training methodologies and initiatives
- Deliver preparatory training that is sufficiently technical to meet enterprise needs
- Create effective induction programs
- Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
- Ensure that statutory training requirements are met
- Have an understanding of E-learning techniques and create and/or deliver e-learning packages
- Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present research
