TaskUs is a provider of outsourced digital services and next-generation customer experience. The company is looking for a Learning Experience Leader to create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment, designing and expanding training and development programs.

Requirements

• Design and expand training and development programs
• Ensure Foundation Skills Training is aligned with Product Specific Training methodologies and initiatives
• Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training
• Deliver preparatory training that is sufficiently technical
• Continuously improve training programs and learning opportunities across the organization
• Maintain relevant training documents and training materials
• Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning
• Present research findings
• Ensure all trainees adhere to the company's Code of Conduct
