Director of Operations - Manchester, UK

As Director of Operations, you will oversee and direct the activities of a number of campaigns, manage staff, and ensure compliance with all established policies and procedures.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the related field preferably Director or VP level specializing in BPO Autonomous Vehicle Operations
• Strong computer skills especially in using Google Suite applications
• Proven track record of meeting, delivering and exceeding targets
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must be able to build productive business relationships with clients and must have strong organizational, analytical and managerial skills
• Flexibility to travel
