Job Description
The Customer Experience Associate/Representative will respond to customer inquiries, guide customers through the purchasing process, make product or service recommendations, and resolve complaints or technical concerns.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales process experience
- Exceptionally strong customer handling, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and order entry accuracy
- Strong PC literacy skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Creativity and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
