Manager, Revenue Operations

TalkingPoints is an award-winning education technology non-profit organization with the mission to drive student success by unlocking the potential of families to fuel their children’s learning. The Revenue Operations Manager will architect and operationalize the data, systems, and processes that power TalkingPoints’ revenue engine.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM operations roles within a SaaS organization
• Strong Salesforce expertise, including process automation, reporting, and integrations
• Deep understanding of sales processes, forecasting, pipeline management, and GTM strategy
• Proven ability to translate high-level business goals into scalable processes
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in BI tools and data visualization preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence without direct authority
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with GTM platforms like Salesloft, HubSpot and Clari, as well as with CX platforms like PlanHat is highly desirable
