Staff Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner- National

Talkiatry is seeking Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to join their team and expand access to behavioral health care across the country. Requirements

• Board Certified by the ANCC as a PMHNP
• A minimum of 4 years’ post grad experience practicing as a PMHNP, preferably in a telehealth setting
• Prior RN experience in psychiatry/behavior health is a plus!
• Ability to obtain and maintain active and unrestricted license and DEA number
• Active licensure in a state where you have full practice authority and can practice independently
• Experience administering initial mental health evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, medication management, as well as psychoeducation/supportive therapy
• Proficiency in using an Electronic Medical Record system
• Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills
• A willingness and passion to expand clinical skill set through continuous education, and a commitment to evidence-based practice
• A proactive approach with a strong work ethic and desire to participate in a collaborative environment
• A commitment to high-quality, cost-effective behavioral health care
