Job Description
The Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying and generating qualified sales opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline.
Requirements
- 2 – 4 years’ experience in similar SDR/BDR roles, preferably focused on enterprise accounts.
- Strong passion for technology and technology selling, Gen AI in particular.
- Great researcher, excellent listener, capable of identifying prospects' pains and needs.
- GenAI tools proficiency
- Resiliency is a must: able to handle hard no’s and keep dialling non-stop.
- A Team player with great interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Hunger for results - and challenges only make you hungrier.
- Good familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach/salesloft, Zoominfo/Lusha, Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.
- Experience in the telco industry- plus.
- Experience with B2B SaaS
