Job Description
Career.io is seeking a driven SEO & AI Content Specialist to help scale organic visibility across both search engines and AI-driven channels. The role involves creating content for career services offerings (outplacement, resume writing, builder, etc.), collaborating with various teams, and utilizing LLM visibility tracking to optimize content performance for both organic and AI systems. The position is remote and 100% flexible.
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in SEO, content, or digital marketing
- Strong foundation in SEO best practices
- Hands-on familiarity with LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity)
- Curious and experimental mindset
- Excellent written English and editing standards
- Experience with Ahrefs, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console
