Job Description
The Global Talent Co. is seeking a sharp and data-driven SEO Specialist to join their in-house team. The role focuses on driving organic growth by increasing visibility in search, attracting high-intent candidates, and leveraging large language models (LLMs) for SEO strategies. Responsibilities include technical audits, keyword research, link building, and AI-driven content optimization.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of hands-on SEO experience
- Strong proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog)
- Solid understanding of keyword research, semantic SEO, and content optimization
- Experience experimenting with LLMs / AI tools in SEO workflows
- Proven track record of improving organic visibility, keyword rankings, and conversions
- Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics
- Comfortable working autonomously in a part-time, remote-first environment
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities within limited hours
