(GOVERNMENT OF ONTARIO) looking for BA (Business Analyst)

We are looking for a Business Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Cúram (Case Management COTS) based projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with requirements management and use case development software, as well as business modeling techniques and structured methodologies.

Requirements

• Minimum two (2) years experience in Cúram (Case Management COTS) based project working as a Business Analyst
• Previous business analyst experience in the last five (5) years working in any large scale Social Services project(s)
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the following requirements management and use case development software: IBM Rational Software Architect, Sybase PowerDesigner
• Demonstrated experience using business modeling techniques/tools
• Demonstrated experience using structured methodologies for the identification of users-requirements and the development of specifications
• Demonstrated experience in the use of Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools to document conceptual requirements and scope
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Team player with a track record for meeting deadlines
• Cúram V.6 Business Analyst certification (desirable)
