On-Site Project Manager (East or Central)

We are seeking an On-Site Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering large-scale automation solutions at client sites. The role involves ownership of project delivery, leading cross-functional teams, and managing risks & opportunities to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years experience managing large automation, material handling, or construction projects.
• Proven experience in scheduling, scope, cost, and risk management for complex technical projects.
• Background in robotic automation, ASRS, or material handling preferred.
• Experience managing design/build, installation, and construction projects.
• Skilled at stakeholder management across clients, contractors, and engineering teams.
• Track record of delivery on time and within budget.
• Strong problem-solving under pressure and ability to implement creative solutions.
• Effective negotiator with proven ability to balance competing priorities.
• Proficient with scheduling software, earned value management, and data-driven performance tracking (Smartsheet / Jira)
