Job Description
Symbotic is seeking a highly capable On-Site Project Manager to lead the execution of Symbotic's advanced warehouse automation systems at customer locations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience in construction, automation, material handling, robotics, or similar technical environments
- Strong background in project scheduling, critical path analysis, scope management, and cost control
- Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera, or comparable project scheduling tools
- Experience with earned value management (EVM) and other project control methodologies
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, engineering documentation, and installation plans
- Demonstrated ability to manage broad stakeholder groups, including engineering, operations, customer leadership, EPC partners, and subcontractors
