The Channel Sales Manager will drive channel partner revenue and growth through Sycurio's enterprise accounts in the United States, promoting products through the channel, building relationships with B2B partners and telephony infrastructure providers, and managing existing and new enterprise account efforts.
Requirements
- Manage existing channel partners/enterprise accounts and work to establish trusted relationships within their ecosystems.
- Drive pipeline and revenue growth through Sycurio's key enterprise accounts, specifically NICE.
- Meet and exceed set revenue and margin targets.
- Aggressively drive partner relationships to maximize sales and develop partnership potential through sales best practices, promotions, training and support.
- Manage partnership agreements and provide status updates to partners during negotiation.
- Communicate with partners on new products and service offerings.
- Work with Sycurio's Marketing team to drive programs and events that extend the partnership program.
- Keep Sycurio's CRM platform up to date with opportunities and provide regular reporting to the global Go-to-Market team.
- Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
- Prepare written presentations, reports and price quotations in support of channel partner agreements.
- Conduct contract negotiations.
- Define and execute partner annual plans for Sycurio's enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, BDR, established partners, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve sales objectives.
- Consistently track and analyse sales performance against key metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective strategies to optimize results.
