Requirements
- Recruiting experience
- Previous experience working in a start-up or small to mid-size growing company
- At least 1-2 years of recruiting experience
- Ability to build trusted relationships with all levels of people in an organization
- Advanced Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience using video and chat technology (MSTeams & Slack)
- Comfortable learning and working across different technology platforms (BambooHR & ADP WorkforceNow a plus)
