Recruiter/HR Generalist

Swyfft is a growing insurance company that offers a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. They are seeking an HR Generalist to join their team, with a focus on recruiting, payroll, benefits, and culture-building initiatives.

Requirements

• Recruiting experience
• Previous experience working in a start-up or small to mid-size growing company
• At least 1-2 years of recruiting experience
• Ability to build trusted relationships with all levels of people in an organization
• Advanced Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience using video and chat technology (MSTeams & Slack)
• Comfortable learning and working across different technology platforms (BambooHR & ADP WorkforceNow a plus)
