We are looking for a Solution Sales Manager to drive our growth and win new business opportunities in the IAM sector. The role involves identifying and acquiring new customers, managing the sales process, and positioning our expertise in the market.
Requirements
- Identification and acquisition of new customers in the defined target market segment
- Responsibility for the entire sales process from lead generation to contract closure
- Positioning and further development of the performance promise of the Practice on the market
- Cooperation with internal teams to utilize cross-selling potential and exchange market information
- Ensuring forecast, pipeline management, and professional handling of tenders (RFPs)
- Successful completion of a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in challenger sales approach (B2B) and IAM/Security certifications are advantageous
- In-depth experience in pipeline management, forecasting, and solution-oriented sales
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Travel readiness and a valid driver's license
