Senior Product Designer

Swimply is an online marketplace connecting homeowners with local communities. They are seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the visual language of their platform, focusing on user experience, growth, and brand positioning. The role involves design across multiple touchpoints, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and championing the user-centered design process. They are scaling rapidly and planning to reach $100M in bookings.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years in product design
• Strong portfolio of consumer-facing experiences
• Proven ability to design for conversion, growth, and storytelling
• Experience in product marketing
• Fluency with design and prototyping tools (Figma)
• Comfort with analytics/experimentation tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude)
• Comfort in fast-paced startup environments
• Bias for shipping and iterating
